TLT - The First Auto Leasing Company in Thailand with innovative Funding Scheme of Digital Infrastructure (DIF) Bond under SEC Sandbox

Thailand – April 26^th, 2023 Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. successfully offered 1-year-6-month bonds with total amount of 1,200 million Baht via Digital Infrastructure (DIF) Project: Web Portal under the SEC Sandbox, the bond issuance date is on May 10, 2023

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the registration offering of THB Bond through the DIF system for 4 issuers, consisting of Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd , Kasikorn Bank Public Company Limited, PTT Public Company Limited and PTTEP Treasury Center Company Limited.

Total issuance of 4 companies outstanding of 6,700 million Baht of which Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Company Limited being "The First Auto Leasing Company in Thailand with innovative Funding Scheme of Digital Infrastructure (DIF) Bond under SEC Sandbox.”

In addition, the participation of TLT's Bond issuing under the Digital Infrastructure (DIF) via Web Portal system has benefits in many dimensions as follows:
